Do you accept insurance? No. My practice operates on a private pay model. This means no diagnosis codes, no session caps, and no third party involved in your care. A superbill is available upon request if you’d like to seek out of network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
What are your session fees? Individual sessions (50-55 minutes) are $175 Couples sessions (60 minutes) are $250
Do you offer a free consultation? Yes. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call so we can talk through what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit before you commit to anything.
Where are you located, and do you see clients in person? My practice is fully virtual. I work with clients throughout Florida and Virginia via secure tele-health sessions, so you can meet with me from wherever you are.
What is narcissistic abuse, and how do I know if I’ve experienced it? Narcissistic abuse refers to a pattern of manipulation, control, and emotional harm, often involving gaslighting, blame-shifting, and cycles of idealization and devaluation. If you’ve spent years second-guessing your own perception, apologizing for things that weren’t your fault, or losing touch with who you were before the relationship, these are common signs worth exploring together.
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy with you? No. You don’t need a diagnosis of yourself or the other person to begin. Recovery work focuses on your healing, your patterns, and your path forward.
What’s your approach to therapy? Ibring a direct, no fluff style to sessions. I integrate trauma-informed care with evidence based approaches, and I won’t tell you what you want to hear if it’s not what you need to hear. My goal is real change, not just comfortable conversation.
How long does recovery typically take? There’s no fixed timeline. It depends on the length and severity of what you experienced, and the support you have around you. Many clients notice meaningful shifts in clarity and self-trust within the first few months of focused work.
How do sessions work? Sessions are conducted over a secure tele-health platform. You’ll receive a link before each appointment, and sessions typically run weekly or biweekly depending on what we determine works best for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? 24-hour notice required to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Can you write letters of support (e.g., ESA, workplace accommodations)? In certain circumstances, yes. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis after we’ve established a therapeutic relationship. Reach out to discuss your specific situation.
