Therapy in Reston, VA
Welcome
My goal is to create a caring, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your inner world—your thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences. I support individuals as they work through the ups and downs of adult relationships, whether those challenges involve a partner, family dynamics, or close friendships. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you move from a place of emotional pain—like sadness, confusion, or guilt—toward a sense of strength, self-trust, and joy.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are recovering from toxic or narcissistic relationships, grieving the loss of a loved one, or adjusting to life after divorce. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it’s a brave decision that opens the door to healing. With consistent support, you can develop the tools you need to overcome obstacles and create the kind of life you truly want.
